In 2014, Sergei Guk founded RestorationHQ with a bold vision: to transform the restoration industry by putting clients first. When we officially opened our doors in January 2015, we set out to do things differently. We recognized a gap in the industry—too many restoration companies prioritized their relationships with insurance companies over the needs of the actual property owners and managers they served.

RestorationHQ was created to fill that gap. We focus exclusively on the commercial sector, working with property managers, building engineers, general contractors, and facility managers who understand the importance of a reliable partner during emergencies. Our approach is simple: build strong, trusting relationships by putting the needs of our clients front and center.

With over 12 years of industry experience under his belt, Sergei’s journey—from technician to general manager—gave him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver top-tier restoration services. This hands-on experience is the cornerstone of our operations at RestorationHQ. We don’t align ourselves with insurance companies, nor do we appear on any preferred vendor lists.
