RestorationHQ (RHQ) was tasked with addressing a water intrusion resulting from a broken pipe in a bathroom on the 9th floor. The saturation extended past the 9th floor and down to the 2nd floor of this structure. Multiple trucks were immediately dispatched to take control of the project and execute a plan that would minimize downtime for the client.

Upon arrival, the RHQ team implemented on-site protocols to assess the extent of the damage and develop a strategic plan for restoration. A pipe had burst in a closet, which caused 9 separate units to be affected on 4 separate floors, resulting in a total of 42 affected areas. RHQ worked quickly to begin extraction services, to prevent secondary damage.

The RHQ team carefully managed the affected areas to prevent further damage and ensure the safety of both the occupants and the RHQ crew. Crews worked diligently to get all the water extracted from multiple areas. At the conclusion of extraction, RHQ set equipment for stabilization. The next day RHQ would proceed with a demo on this site. Asbestos reports were not necessary on this job site, as we had recently performed work on the area multiple times, and we had those reports on file already.
