Our core values guide us:

Have A “Can Do” Attitude

  • Be enthusiastic and run toward the unknown with confidence.
  • Be strategic and resourceful when faced with challenges, regardless of prior experience.
  • Be solutions-oriented, focusing on creating answers rather than dwelling on problems.
  • Be able to identify and generate possibilities in any circumstance.
  • Take initiative. When something needs to be done, get it done without needing to be told.
  • Encourage and coach your teammates to adopt a “solver” mentality.

Be Detail-Oriented

  • Be calculated, thoughtful, and thorough when preparing and presenting information. Double-check (or even triple-check) your work for accuracy.
  • Be consistently efficient in your time management and actively seek ways to improve.
  • Be self-aware of your learning and information recall style, and actively practice methods that enhance your strengths.
  • Understand that no one is perfect, and strive to minimize the chance of information slipping through the cracks.
  • Aim to uncover what lies beneath the surface and actively identify and refine any gaps in knowledge or understanding.

Have A Thirst For Learning

  • Take ownership of your development. Your growth is your responsibility.
  • Set and pursue meaningful and measurable goals. Seek the knowledge required to achieve them.
  • Recognize that opportunities for growth often lie beyond your comfort zone. Embrace these challenges.
  • Actively share your goals and listen to the goals of your teammates. Hold both yourself and others capable of achieving them.
  • Embrace failure as a learning opportunity, without fear of judgment. Actively share your learnings and commit to refining your methods.

Be Fun To Work With

  • Learn and grow through both your successes and failures. Embrace vulnerability and humility, and be able to laugh at yourself.
  • Practice inclusivity by welcoming your team and customers to the table. Embrace and honor both similarities and differences.
  • Be aware of your ego and how to adjust it as needed. Consider how the world unfolds for others, understanding that your reality is not the only one. Avoid taking things personally.
  • Seek opportunities to surprise and delight those around you. Remember, even small gestures can brighten someone’s day.
  • Embrace 360-degree feedback and commit to having difficult conversations when necessary, directly with the individual(s) involved. Avoid backdoor conversations.

Be Trustworthy And Take Extreme Ownership

  • Know when to ask for forgiveness, not permission. Stand for what you’re committed to, honoring your word to yourself and others under any circumstance.
  • Take responsibility in any situation. Avoid blaming, denying, making excuses, or becoming a victim to circumstance.
  • Operate with an owner’s mentality. Take pride in your work, your department, and your company.
  • Don’t let your title dictate your contribution. Be a driver for results at every level.
